When I first starting getting serious about buying a Cane
Corso puppy and was in the process of calling and talking
to different breeders around the country, Sean was very
helpful in regards to answering all of my questions. Not
once did I feel pressure from him to make a decision
about putting down a deposit on a puppy. In fact, he told
me to take my time and look around and talk to as many
people as possible that own and raise the breed and to
make sure that this was the right dog for me. He offered
references from people that had gotten dogs from him in
the past.
So I made the trip to meet him and his dogs and I was
most impressed with the temperaments and good nature
of his dogs, not to mention what a handsome beast
Chuco was... :-)
I decided to get a male puppy from an upcoming litter. I
wanted a blue male and though he told me he couldn't
guarantee color, he thought the odds of getting the pup I
desired were very good.
Long story short, I got the pup I wanted in every way...
color, temperament, trainability, & physique. There were
concerns about how our new Corso dog would get along
with our miniature Schnauzer, but as you can clearly see
from the picture, those worries vanished quickly.
I was so pleased with the advice I received and the
correspondence that occurred after I bought my new
friend that I have since sent two of my friends to Sean to
get a Corso pup, both of whom have also been extremely
pleased with their experience.
I now keep in touch with Sean on a fairly regular basis as
he is always interested in how Luca is doing and how
everything is going with him.
Through this experience I have gained two new friends...
one in Luca and the other in Sean.
If I were to ever get another Cane Corso, there is no
doubt about who would be the first person I would call.
